More than 30 Minnesota-based growers, nurseries, specialty foods companies and artists participate each week. Weekly farm produce includes: fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables, herbs, nuts, honey, dairy products, eggs, poultry, meats, fish, cut flowers and nursery stock. Specialty foods include jams, preserves, syrups, salsas, ciders, pickled vegetables, hand-crafted desserts, gourmet confections, root beer, artisan breads and other baked goods.
